We hope that everyone enjoyed our dressage competition yesterday, we had great weather and we saw lots of lovely horses and ponies and plenty of high scoring tests. As usual your entry fees will go towards our groups running costs.

We are looking for a retirement home for our RDA pony Melly. Melly was our first pony here at Wakefield RDA and worked for 12 years with our riders and volunteers. She can no longer be ridden as she trips up a lot, otherwise she is in good health and will make someone a lovely field companion.

Update: Thank you to everyone who contacted us about re-homing Melly. She has gone to The Tacey Family in Lincolnshire where she now lives on a lovely yard and keeps the handsome Beau company.
